BIOS菜单升级BIOS文件的方法：
How do you update BIOS?
1、访问七彩虹官网https://www.colorful.cn/ 下载本主板的最新BIOS。
Visit Colorful website https://www.colorful.cn/, and download the latest BIOS for your motherboard.
2、将BIOS文件复制到您的U盘根目录。
Copy the BIOS and paste to root directory of your USB flash.
3、将U盘接在主板USB接口。
Connect your USB flash to USB port on motherboard.
4、开机按键盘的“DEL”键进入BIOS界面
Power on, and press “DEL” on your koyboard to enter BIOS interface.
5、然后选择BIOS SETTING项，再选择Update Bios By USB，选择U盘中的BIOS文件（点击Flash Update—>OK)更新即可。
Sellect BIOS Settings -> Update BIOS by USB, then sellect your BIOS file in your USB flash for updating (Click “Flash Update” -> OK).
注意事项：首次从旧BIOS界面更新到新界面BIOS，必须在SHELL下手动输入刷BIOS命令afuefi.efi BIOS.rom /p /b /n /x /k /L 然后选择“F”，刷新完成后将回到UEFI DOS提示符下，请重启计算机
Notes:
To update BIOS from old interface to new interface, please input “afuefi.efi BIOS.rom /p /b /n /x /k /L” in SHELL. Then sellect “F”. Your computer will be back to UEFI DOS prompt once the update is finished. Please reboot your computer afterwards.
